Workfront Technical Consultant
About The Position
This is a remote position for a Workfront Technical Consultant. The role involves providing technical consulting and implementation support for Adobe Workfront solutions. The consultant will analyze business requirements, design, configure, and customize Workfront to meet those needs, including projects, workflows, processes, forms, templates, and approvals. They will also be responsible for configuring Workfront objects, developing and optimizing workflows and automation, integrating Workfront with other enterprise applications, and developing reports and dashboards. The position requires troubleshooting various issues, supporting deployment activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the consultant will provide technical guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer, ensuring solutions adhere to enterprise standards. Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion integrations and automation is also required.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront.
- Experience with Workfront configuration, workflows, custom forms, templates, reports, dashboards, and approvals.
- Strong understanding of Workfront project, portfolio, resource, and work management capabilities.
- Experience with Workfront Fusion, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience integrating Workfront with Adobe and other enterprise platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and solution-design skills.
- Experience working in Agile/enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical consulting and implementation support for Adobe Workfront solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workfront technical solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize Workfront projects, workflows, processes, forms, templates, and approvals.
- Configure Workfront objects including programs, projects, tasks, issues, custom forms, and reporting structures.
- Develop and optimize Workfront workflows, business processes, and automation.
- Integrate Workfront with enterprise applications and third-party platforms using APIs and integration technologies.
- Work with stakeholders to define project management, resource management, portfolio management, and operational requirements.
- Develop dashboards, reports, calculated fields, custom data, and reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot configuration, integration, workflow, and performance issues.
- Support data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, best practices, and knowledge transfer to project teams.
- Support Adobe Workfront Fusion integrations and automation where required.
- Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, governance, and implementation standards.
