Requirements

  • Full lifecycle implementations of Workfront
  • Development of implementation roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics
  • Management of risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
  • Configuration and maintenance of Workfront (projects, templates, workflows, forms, dashboards)
  • User management including setting permissions, onboarding users, and ensuring correct tool usage
  • Process optimization by translating business needs into Workfront workflows
  • Driving adoption and best practices
  • Reporting and analytics including building reports and dashboards
  • Experience with enterprise integrations and middleware
  • Connecting Workfront with tools like Salesforce, Jira, or Slack
  • Strong project management knowledge (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Standardizing project management practices across teams
  • Emphasis on delivery, stakeholder alignment, and system rollout
  • Stakeholder communication skills to act as a bridge between business and technical teams

Responsibilities
