This role ensures the platform delivers lasting value; not just at go-live, but as a continuously improving system that evolves with the company. As the organization scales, workforce operations are becoming more complex across field and office teams. This role is critical to ensuring the system remains intuitive, aligned to real-world workflows, and capable of supporting the business at scale. We are seeking a contract Workforce Systems Platform Owner who is responsible for the day-to-day operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the workforce platform within the Enterprise Application Portfolio (EAP). This role serves as the internal subject matter expert, translating business needs into system functionality, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring the platform is intuitive, reliable, and embedded in how work gets done. Working closely with the Digital Enablement Manager, IT, and business stakeholders, this role operationalizes platform roadmap priorities, drives adoption, and ensures the system delivers measurable value across field and office teams.
