The Workforce Planning Analyst is responsible for developing and managing workforce plans to support new business growth, operational ramps, and site expansions. This role partners closely with Operations, Program Management, HR, and functional leaders to forecast staffing needs, track hiring progress against ramp plans, and ensure workforce readiness for program launches. The Workforce Planning Analyst will support the development of hiring strategies, training infrastructure, and reporting mechanisms to ensure alignment between workforce capacity and operational demand. This role will be based on-site at our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Headquarters and will require travel roughly 50-70% to various manufacturing sites within the U.S.
