About The Position

The Workforce Management Supervisor motivates and supports schedulers in the production of weekly schedules and daily operational tasks. The Supervisor is a leadership liaison between the Workforce Management Specialists and management.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

Responsibilities

Train and enhance the Workforce Management Specialists’ skills to improve scheduling solutions as well as their personal growth
Collaborate with department schedulers and department managers to ensure accurate staffing levels and to formulate efficiency strategies
Devise scheduling enhancements and create new business models
Discover new best practices to best utilize staffing while following current labor agreements and regulations
Adhere to all ethical and equity standards when managing WFM Specialists and various department inquiries
Balance specialists’ workloads between weekly scheduling and daily operations
Ensure the Workforce Management team’s completion of daily schedule operations, such as leave requests and call-outs
