About The Position

The Workforce Management Specialist (WFM) plays a critical role in the overall workforce management function of Patient Care Services (Nursing). The primary purpose of the role is to ensure the scheduling, staffing and payroll processing of all Patient Care Services personnel, utilizing ANSOS, Banner, and INFOR. Communicates appropriately and effectively to support the PCS WFM and scheduling and staffing systems, and produces reports for nursing management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Three (3) years of related experience including clinical/data entry and staffing, scheduling, or payroll processing, preferably in a government agency, university setting or a large business office required.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must.
  • Position requires weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate appropriately and effectively to support the PCS WFM and scheduling and staffing systems.
  • Produce reports for nursing management.
