About The Position

Lynch Consultants is seeking a Workforce Integration Consultant to support the Department of the Navy in the National Capital Region. The Consultant will support strategic workforce analysis, communication planning, content development, and stakeholder engagement activities for Department of the Navy projects. This individual will be responsible for daily execution of tasks, developing high‑quality deliverables, conducting research and analysis, and supporting senior team members. The ideal candidate brings strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills with experience working in or supporting federal or defense-sector environments.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Interim Secret or an active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, public policy, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience (communications, workforce analysis, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, or related areas)
  • Strong writing and editing abilities
  • Solid organizational and project support skills
  • Experience supporting federal or defense-sector clients (or demonstrated interest/transferable experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and general data analysis
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work in fast-paced environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DoD programs, policies, or communication standards
  • Familiarity with content development and digital engagement tools
  • Basic understanding of workforce analytics or strategic communications
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of accessibility and federal communication requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of workforce and communication strategies.
  • Draft content for newsletters, reports, presentations, and digital platforms.
  • Assist with stakeholder engagement activities, meetings, and event coordination.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic recommendations.
  • Track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Gather and analyze digital engagement metrics (e.g., LinkedIn analytics, email performance).
  • Contribute to data visualization and reporting products.
  • Maintain quality standards and follow approval workflows.
  • Support team members and government clients with day‑to‑day project needs.
