Education & Workforce Development Coordinator (Family Shelter & Housing Program) Some people just need a place to sleep. Others need a path—one step at a time—back to safety, stability, and independence. As our Education & Workforce Development Coordinator, you’ll design and deliver empowering learning programs for adults and teenagers living in a family residential shelter and for families transitioning into permanent housing. You’ll help residents build the practical skills, confidence, and community connections they need to secure lasting stability—through a trauma-informed, age-appropriate approach that meets people where they are. If you’re passionate about education as a tool for resilience, and you thrive in environments where relationships matter as much as outcomes, we want to hear from you.
