On the Workforce Design team, you will support initiatives that translate changing work into workforce actions: role evolution, skills shifts, talent implications, and change support. You’ll contribute to structured “plays” that help leaders move from insights to implementation with clarity and rigor. This role blends analysis, stakeholder coordination, and clear communication in a high-impact environment. As an Associate in the Workforce Design team, you will support the execution of workforce transformation initiatives focused on the workforce and employee implications of changing work. You will help deliver structured “play” outputs that enable role evolution, skills shifts, and implementation readiness. Working alongside senior team members and cross-functional partners, you will contribute analysis, stakeholder coordination, and clear, executive-ready materials that help leaders make informed decisions and manage change effectively.
