Requirements

7 years with AS/AA; 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD. However an additional four years of experience can be accepted in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Responsibilities

Support the DoD-Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Collaborative Information Sharing Environment (DCISE) as a Workflow Manager (WFM)
Process Incident Collection Formats (ICFs) reported by companies as required under the DFARS 252.204-7012
Draft executive summaries of cyber incidents
Monitor the DCISE inbox and respond as needed to internal and external stakeholders
Answer the DCISE hotline phone and respond as needed to internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with members of different teams such as analysts and sysadmins
Disseminate all cyber products to DIB Partners and stakeholders
Monitor JIRA for various tasks and tickets and respond as needed
Assist with assigning tasks and RFIs, setting timelines for tasks, and ensuring completion of tasks
