This agency is looking for a workers’ compensation market expert to help spearhead workers' compensation coverage placement. Requirements
- At least 8+ years of Workers’ Compensation commercial insurance - placement, underwriting, or retail brokerage experience
- Insurance brokerage, retail, and/or wholesaler experience
- Heavy market knowledge of Workers' Compensation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various database management systems
Responsibilities
- Take charge of operations, building the placement platform that converts every opportunity.
- Serve as the ultimate team consultant and strong relationship builder for Workers’ Compensation.
- Create a Workers’ Compensation strategy, optimizing market access, resolving complex risks, and preparing training materials for the team.
- Work closely with internal production and service teams.
- Act as the strategic leader, diving into everything from shaping winning comp strategies and securing exclusive market access to cultivating game-changing carrier partnerships.
