About The Position

This role involves supervising a Workers Compensation claims team handling a variety of caseload sizes and complexities to deliver high-quality and efficient service. The supervisor will guide the team in handling claims according to GB’s Best Practices, manage adjuster hiring and training, define team goals, motivate performance, and effectively manage workloads to ensure optimal efficiency. The role also involves utilizing Gallagher's technology to enhance team efficiency and service quality, communicating with clients, carriers, and brokers professionally, and managing multiple competing priorities while identifying coaching opportunities for team members.

Requirements

  • Workers Compensation, indemnity/lost time claims background
  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Jurisdictional Experience: CT, MA, NH, VT & RI
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
  • Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
  • Knowledge of all team member related functions

  • Bachelor's Degree
