About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join a team. This is a fully remote position, with the option for a hybrid work arrangement. The role manages a caseload of up to 110 Nevada workers' compensation claims, including lost time and litigated files.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience handling Nevada workers' compensation or indemnity claims.
• Active Nevada Adjuster’s License.
• Must reside in Nevada.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 110 Nevada workers' compensation claims, including lost time and litigated files.
• Establish reserves and authorize payments within designated authority limits.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure claims are handled efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
• Use technology systems to document and process claims.
