About The Position

Seeking an experienced California Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster with strong communication and organizational skills. The role involves managing a varied caseload of claims, providing timely communication to involved parties, coordinating with internal teams, and applying critical thinking to resolve issues efficiently. Adaptability and professionalism are essential when supporting routine and complex claim activities. Remote work is available, and the company provides equipment. Requirements

At least 5 years of experience handling workers’ compensation claims.
Experience working with carriers.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Hold a SIP license or be in the process of obtaining one.

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload of workers’ compensation claims, including claims with varying levels of complexity.
Communicate effectively and provide timely updates to clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Support fellow adjusters and assist with complex client interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams and apply critical thinking to resolve issues efficiently.
Take on additional assignments as needed, with opportunities for supplemental compensation.
