About The Position

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 1 to 4 years of litigation experience to join our growing Workers’ Compensation Department in Orlando, Florida. This is an exceptional opportunity to litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims involving high-exposure, complex litigation. Common claims we litigate involve repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims. We represent clients across numerous industries including construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education and more. At Marshall Dennehey, we invest in our attorneys. While you are not expected to independently manage cases from inception through trial on day one, you will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates who are committed to mentoring and skill development. Through hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting, you will gain the confidence and capability to grow into full case management at your own pace. Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills are highly valued—and continuously refined—within our litigation groups. We pride ourselves on a diverse, inclusive, and open-door culture where ideas are welcomed, collaboration is encouraged, and attorneys at all levels have direct access to leadership. Our attorneys thrive because they are supported. Marshall Dennehey seeks attorneys who are looking for a true “forever home.” We value steady career growth, internal advancement, and attorneys who want to build lasting professional relationships—while helping others succeed along the way.
