The position involves assisting with claim review, investigation, documentation, evaluation, and resolution under close supervision. It also includes communicating with policyholders, claimants, witnesses, medical providers, legal counsel, and other parties; maintaining claim records; and coordinating medical treatment when appropriate to support an injured party’s return to work. The associate must obtain and maintain relevant insurance licenses within three months of starting.
