About The Position

We are seeking attorneys to join our Workers' Compensation team in Greenville, SC. Our associates gain hands-on experience in all phases of litigation, from case inception to trial, and have direct client contact. We offer competitive compensation with monthly bonus opportunities. The ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of practice experience and be licensed to practice law in South Carolina, or have pending South Carolina bar exam results.

Responsibilities

Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports.
Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary.
Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.
