About The Position

We’re looking for a responsible and skilled Worker Maintenance to join our team. The qualified candidate will be able to install, troubleshoot, test, new as well as existing equipment including servicing bearings, shafts, motors, gear drives, PLC (Allen-Bradley), welding, and electrical.

Requirements

Experience in same or similar position.
Associates Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial-System Technology or similar.
3-5 years’ experience in welding.
3-5 years’ experience in industrial mechanics.
Knowledge in mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical automation.
General understanding of blending and material handling practices and equipment.
Basic fabrication skills.
Basic industrial electrical skills.
High degree of diplomacy.
Ability to be a self-starter and work in a small team.
Basic understanding of electric/mechanical schematics.
Basic computer skills in Word and Excel.
Willing to travel between multiple locations.
English speaking, Spanish a plus.

Nice To Haves

3-5 years’ experience in PLC program is a plus.
Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI programming a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical and electrical assembly for new and existing equipment.
Perform mechanical and electrical modifications and repairs.
Perform welding and cutting of steel.
Perform routine servicing and maintenance including but not limited to greasing bearings, shafts and all other machine parts or compressed air system.
Perform daily inspections of equipment and machinery.
Other duties as assigned.
