Requirements

Maintenance or repair experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related fields).
A problem-solver who enjoys variety in their day.
Friendly, approachable, and willing to interact with seniors and staff.
Flexibility to help with occasional weekend or evening needs.

Responsibilities

Handle daily maintenance requests, repairs, and assist with emergencies.
Work with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, and more to keep systems running smoothly.
Prepare rooms and ensure each space is ready for move-ins.
Assist with inspections, work with contractors, and follow building codes and safety standards.
Help with outings, appointments, and provide a friendly, helpful presence in the community.
Maintain cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and respond with a positive attitude.
