•$190,000 - $210,000

About The Position

Attain Partners is seeking a strategic consultant with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and IT transformation experience to lead client engagements involving business process assessment, technology strategy, organizational readiness, Workday implementation advisory, and post-production support. The role applies Workday experience gained as a customer or system implementor in a broader strategic context, helping clients make complex decisions, align technology with their missions, and drive change. The Senior Manager will guide the post-production lifecycle of client Workday solutions; oversee technical teams and service operations; advise on product roadmaps, integrations, reporting, security, and tenant management; and support monitoring and issue recovery. The role also includes mentoring Attain Partners employees, supporting business development, contributing to internal methodologies, and developing thought leadership. Periodic travel may be required based on business and client needs.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in multiple Workday technical domains, such as integrations, reporting, security, and tenant management, as a Workday customer or systems implementor.
  • At least 5 years leading Workday technical workstreams across multiple areas, such as integrations, reporting, security, and system administration, as a Workday customer, system implementor, or contractor.
  • Experience defining and managing execution of agile release management processes, including backlog management, roadmap definition, prioritization, sprint planning, and change control.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Workday Finance and HCM functional solutions, current Workday technical capabilities, and the Workday ecosystem.
  • Workday customer or implementor certification in one or more technical capabilities, such as Studio, Orchestrate, Extend, Reporting, or Security.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
  • Ability to lead client engagements independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted-advisor relationships with clients.
  • Experience supporting sales and business development.
  • Flexibility to travel periodically based on business and client needs.
