Act as primary application administrator for Workday HCM, performing advanced support, configuration, maintenance and system administration. Independently troubleshoot complex application issues, lead resolution efforts, and ensures timely and complete documentation. Independently gathers, analyzes, and refines business requirements; translates them into effective technical solutions. Leads evaluation, testing, and deployment of Workday enhancements, patches, and bi-annual releases. Provides advanced user support, develops training materials, and promotes adoption of Workday capabilities. Partner with stakeholders to maintain Workday by identifying and implementing process improvements, and guide policy changes to improve user experience and process efficiency. Analyze, evaluate, and design Workday configuration needs to meet changing demands. Perform key processes within Workday, while utilizing independent judgement to include but not limited to: Annual Enrollment, Performance Reviews, Talent Management. Proactively identify areas where HR data is not up to date and work with HR partners to suggest and implement ways to improve data quality. Troubleshoot issues related to configuration, business processes and security in Workday. Ability to document system changes for internal change management and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Ability to share knowledge in the Employee Services team and cross train within the HRIS team. Serve on or lead small project teams. Point of escalation for HRIS tickets within the ticketing system.
