About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Project Manager to lead Workday Phase 0 implementations for large clients. This role requires extensive experience in data conversion, migration, and integrations, with a strong focus on managing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Over 10+ years of experience in data conversion, migration and Integrations specifically focusing on Workday Phase 0 implementations for large clients.
• Proven experience in leading Integrations projects from start to finish.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, encompassing planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience in Integrations build & coordination with all involved stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Workday implementation projects that had PeopleSoft as the legacy system is preferred.
