The Role: General Motors is seeking a skilled Workday Integrations Configurator to design, develop, and maintain robust integration solutions within our Workday platform. This role will be crucial in ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across various HR and business systems. What You’ll Do: Design, configure, and test Workday integrations using various Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Studio). Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Perform root cause analysis and resolution of integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system stability. Participate in the full software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Workday integrations. Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and new features, assessing their impact on existing integrations and recommending appropriate adjustments. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex integration scenarios and optimize integration performance.
