About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Consultant with strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting integrations within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with integration tools and a solid understanding of HR and/or Finance business processes.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio)
• Knowledge of Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs, WSDL)
• Experience in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web service technologies
• Hands-on experience in integration troubleshooting and error handling
• Understanding of Workday business processes (HCM and/or Financials)
• Experience with integration monitoring and scheduling

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Workday Financials or HCM modules
• Prior experience in at least one full lifecycle Workday implementation
• Familiarity with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
• Knowledge of security framework and business process framework (BPF)
• Workday certification (Integration / Studio)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services for real-time data exchange
• Create and maintain integration documentation (design documents, mappings, test cases)
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform data transformations using XML, XSLT, and JSON
• Support security configuration related to integrations
• Participate in UAT, deployments, and post-production support
