About The Position

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Workday Integration Architect to join our team. The Workday Integration Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations across HSHS's Workday ecosystem to support Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain and related business functions. This role ensures seamless data exchange, system reliability, and optimal user experience by developing scalable solutions that align with organizational standards and strategic goals. The Integration Architect partners closely with HR, Finance, Supply Chain and IT teams to analyze business requirements, optimize workflows, and deliver high-quality technical solutions that enhance data integrity and system performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, computer science, business, informatics, or related field is required.
High School Diploma or equivalent and five years of experience performing system analysis with business, clinical or administrative applications may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
5 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software support and performing system analysis with business, clinical, or administrative applications is required.
Experience with data integrations, application roadmaps and/or technical and workflow architecture is required.
Workday experience is required.
Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)

Workday Certification is required or within 12 months of hire.
