W2 Role - Workday HCM Functional Analyst | Hybrid
About The Position
This engagement is for a Workday HCM Functional Analyst, specifically focusing on the Compensation Lead role. The position is hybrid, requiring 1-2 weeks per quarter in the Atlanta metro area, Athens, or Macon. Expenses such as airfare, per diem, hotel, and taxi/rideshare or car rental will be covered. The role involves leading the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Compensation functional areas for a higher education or government client. Responsibilities include demonstrating software features, documenting requirements and design decisions, providing knowledge transfer, configuring the software, and supporting testing and rollout. The role also requires supporting functional team members and prior Workday experience.

- Prior Workday experience
- Experience with ERP transformations in Higher Education

Responsibilities
