Zenith American Solutions is seeking a dedicated and energetic Workday HCM Analyst to serve as the primary functional administrator and system owner for Workday HCM modules. This role involves leading the design, configuration, and maintenance of Workday business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, eligibility rules, security roles, and system workflows. The analyst will manage tenant configuration changes, ensure proper testing and deployment, and lead Workday releases, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives. This position acts as the functional subject-matter expert and primary liaison between the Workday Administrator and HR, Payroll, and Benefits departments. The role also includes performing mass data updates, data loads, and system maintenance using tools like Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), establishing proactive audit frameworks, and designing/delivering complex reports, dashboards, and analytics. The analyst will analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, ensure data compliance, and develop/maintain HRIS business process workflows. They will also develop and generate reports, analyze HR data for insights and recommendations, and identify/implement improvements through automation and system enhancements, collaborating with the WD Administrator for governance.
