About The Position

Support Workday Financials projects by applying industry best practices to business processes, data conversion, data retention, and integration. Work with the implementation team throughout the implementation lifecycle, including system design, configuration, testing, data integrity, and project reviews. Support the Financials Lead in architecting cohesive Workday Financials workstreams while considering and mitigating cross-functional impacts. Communicate project updates and recommendations to clients, prioritize client interests, and contribute to the operational efficiency of the Workday practice. Travel is expected to be roughly 20–25%, though the amount may vary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, or another related field.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• One to three years of experience, or internship experience, in financial systems analysis, with an understanding of accounting and forecasting concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, perform a variety of duties and projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.
