About The Position

The Senior Business Analyst supports Workday Financials in a production enterprise environment. The role focuses on Workday Banking & Settlement configuration and support, troubleshooting complex financial transactions, integrations, and production issues, and translating Finance-related requirements into Workday solutions. The position also supports configuration changes through analysis, testing, business validation, and production implementation, and performs root-cause analysis across Workday and interfacing financial systems.

Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting Workday Financials in a production enterprise environment.
• Strong functional and configuration experience with Workday Banking & Settlement.
• Experience independently troubleshooting complex financial transactions, integrations, and production issues within Workday.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and transaction processing, including the relationship between system configuration, transaction data, and resulting accounting.
• Experience translating Accounting, Treasury, Accounts Payable, or Finance requirements into Workday solutions.
• Experience supporting Workday configuration changes through analysis, testing, business validation, and production implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to perform root-cause analysis across Workday and interfacing financial systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own complex financial systems work while collaborating effectively across Finance and technology teams.
