Workday Finance Support Analyst, Day Shift, Finance Applications Support
About The Position
Adventist HealthCare seeks an experienced Workday Finance Support Analyst to support Workday Finance projects, including implementation of new Workday technologies tied to the organization’s strategic initiatives. The analyst participates in major Workday releases by identifying impacts and opportunities to enhance processes through new features and functionality. The role provides end-user support by answering questions, resolving issues, and following up on reported or unresolved concerns to ensure timely and reliable responses. It analyzes business needs and requirements across General Ledger Accounting, Business Assets, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Procurement, and Projects. The analyst works with functional leads, analysts, designers, system owners, and other stakeholders on testing, process improvements, and user adoption, including adoption of AI-enabled Workday capabilities. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week day-shift position, with a typical schedule of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Holiday requirements follow the company holiday calendar. The stated pay range is $66,913.60–$100,360.00.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field; equivalency is considered.
- Workday experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in system architecture and solution design.
- Developed project competency.

Responsibilities
- Support Workday Finance projects, including implementation of new Workday technologies related to Adventist HealthCare’s strategic initiatives.
- Participate in Workday major releases and identify impacts and enhancement opportunities related to new features and functionality.
- Provide customer support to Workday end users, answer questions, resolve issues, and follow through on reported or unresolved issues.
- Identify and analyze business needs, touch points, and requirements across General Ledger Accounting, Business Assets, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Procurement, and Projects.
- Collaborate with functional leads, analysts, designers, and system owners to test Workday software and applications.
- Create test plans and documentation, and assist with testing to ensure processes meet predetermined goals.
- Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to streamline processes and promote user adoption.
- Drive continual improvement in adoption of Workday functionality, including AI-enabled capabilities.
