About The Position

Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams. The role involves designing and configuring HRIS solutions, managing client relationships, overseeing testing and quality signoffs, and guiding junior consultants. The consultant applies cross-module knowledge, designs scalable and integrated solutions, helps clients navigate change, and takes ownership of risks and timely delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
4–7 years of HRIS experience.
At least 3 full-cycle implementations.
Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules, such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or Payroll.
Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
Workday Core HCM Certification (required).
Ability to independently apply cross-module knowledge.
Ability to design scalable, integrated solution architectures.
Ability to guide clients through ambiguity and change and solve complex problems with strategic foresight.
Consistently produce high-quality work with thorough checks.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios.
Configure HRIS modules in line with best practices and optimization goals.
Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables.
Review junior team members’ configuration for accuracy and completeness.
Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project.
Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.
Informally lead small project teams when needed.
Align stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
Educate clients and propose improvements aligned with their goals.
Take initiative, flag risks, and ensure timely delivery.
