About The Position

MITER Brands™ is a residential window and door manufacturer that provides a leading portfolio of window and door brands for the new construction and replacement segments. MITER Brands, also known as Milgard, MI Windows & Doors and PGTI is one of the nation’s largest suppliers of vinyl windows and patio doors, with plants across the country. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workday Business Analyst (with Core HCM Time & Attendance and Payroll Management expertise) to join our Human Resources Technology team. This position can be fully remote with the ability to travel as needed to Venice, FL, Harrisburg, PA, and Tacoma, WA. The Workday Business Analyst will take on the challenge of supporting HR and Payroll business operations by providing optimal and scalable technology solutions. This person will be an integral part of a team responsible for Workday HCM, Time & Attendance, and Payroll modules across all MITER Brands lines of business. You will collaborate with Functional HR Business Partners and HR COE’s to provide integral support to the Human Resources and Payroll organizations for Workday HCM technology needs across the enterprise. Establishing strong cross-functional relationships within the HR Technology function and across all areas of Human Resources will be key to you successfully translating business requirements into technical specifications (or consultatively recommending business process solutions based on technical capabilities). The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with a combination of functional and technical expertise along with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical partners. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst with a focus on Workday HCM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Workday HCM, Payroll and/or Time Tracking certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Workday HCM system enhancements
  • Configure, test, and deploy changes within the Workday system
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM issues
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to integrate Workday HCM with other systems
