As a Workday Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert supporting and optimizing our Workday platform across key HR modules. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions that improve efficiency and data quality. Your work helps ensure our systems run smoothly, support employees, and scale with the business. This role blends analytical thinking with hands-on configuration and user support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years of experience working with Workday in an analytical or functional role
  • Working knowledge of HR processes, terminology, and best practices
  • Ability to assess issues, identify solutions, and improve system performance
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support a range of users

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, payroll, benefits, compensation, talent, recruiting, or learning
  • Knowledge of Workday integrations, data flows, and system architecture
  • Experience configuring Workday security and business processes
  • Background in building Workday reports and dashboards
  • Strong organization skills with a focus on continuous improvement and user adoption

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules to support HR processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Evaluate new Workday features and recommend improvements aligned to business needs
  • Support semi-annual Workday releases, including testing and deployment activities
  • Troubleshoot system issues, support integrations, and manage data uploads using EIBs
