The Business Capability Enablement (BCE) team aims to empower CMPA employees and drive product and service delivery through innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This team plays a crucial role in leveraging business applications and processes across the organization to deliver value, modernize CMPA, and enhance member experience. The BCE acts as a central support hub, connecting end-users, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business capability owners (BCOs) under a corporate governance framework. BCE's cross-functional teams utilize flexible and agile methodologies to deliver business value by providing effective user support, continuously improving business processes and systems, proactively adopting emerging capabilities, maintaining secure and reliable systems, minimizing technical debt, and ensuring a consistent experience for both employees and members. Reporting to the Lead, Enterprise Resource Solutions, the Workday Business Analyst collaborates closely with Senior Workday Business Analysts, focusing on supporting Workday HCM Core, Payroll, Time/Absence, Benefits, and Talent modules. The role involves working with SMEs and users to enhance the overall user experience. As an active member of the Workday ecosystem, the Workday Business Analyst stays informed about weekly/bi-annual releases and new product offerings. The incumbent possesses broad knowledge of HCM Core, Payroll, Time and Absence, and Benefits; assists with Workday release testing; and participates in researching new functionality and knowledge sharing.
