Kognitiv is looking for Workday Benefits Consultants to join our Implementation & Advisory team. This team specializes in driving end-to-end Workday deployment success and strategic HR transformation. We are seeking individuals who can lead full-lifecycle implementations, design robust system foundations, and deliver high-value advisory to help our clients maximize their Workday investment.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise leading Workday Benefits implementations from foundation building through cutover and launch.
• Exceptional consulting capability to challenge legacy processes, guide decision-making, and present clear strategic roadmaps to C-suite leadership.
• Proven track record of designing scalable, clean-sheet architectures and executing complex structural overhauls.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions, manage scope, and drive consensus across multi-disciplinary client teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle Workday Benefits deployments from initial scoping and discovery through go-live and hypercare.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable design decisions, operating model alignments, and HR transformations.
• Drive foundation building—architecting intricate calculation tags, complex benefit groups, and automated enrollment rules built to scale.
• Guide clients on strategic deployment roadmaps, evaluating release capabilities to ensure long-term value creation.
