Concord USAMultiple Cities/States, MN

About The Position

This role leads project management for the migration end-to-end, from planning and vendor coordination through go-live, and reports directly to executive leadership. The PM will own the project plan, governance artifacts, and cross-functional coordination required to keep a complex ERP/HRIS implementation on track.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on project management experience, with direct experience managing a third-party vendor delivering a system implementation
  • Prior experience managing a Workday implementation (or a comparable large-scale HRIS/ERP implementation) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build project plans, status reporting, and tracking artifacts from scratch, not just maintain existing ones
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive project plan covering the full Workday implementation lifecycle, from day one on the assignment
  • Establish and maintain project artifacts (status reports, RAID logs, timelines, resource plans) as a baseline deliverable, not an afterthought
  • Define and track measurable progress indicators across workstreams, and report on them consistently
  • Manage the team's deliverables, timeline, and accountability
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers before they surface as problems
  • Prepare for and lead detailed stakeholder reviews, including deep-dive questioning from senior leadership
  • Coordinate across internal teams and the vendor to keep the implementation on schedule and on scope
  • Escalate issues clearly and early, with data to support the escalation
