About The Position

A Workday Deployment Analyst is active in every phase of a Workday deployment from the initial project planning stage all the way through to production support and can serve as several roles during a deployment, those being: Analyst & Solution Designer, Implementer, Tester, and Trainer. Analysts will learn many Workday-specific skills across the entire suite including Workday configuration, security, business processes, testing and reporting. Additionally consulting skills such as presentation, communication, building and maintaining relationships are a key part of the role and will be gained through training, on the job activities and mentoring from more senior resources. Analysts will specialize in one or more functional area(s) of Workday: Human Capital Management (HCM) – encompassing Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent optimization and Learning Financials – Financial accounting, Customer and Supplier accounts, Billing, Billing and Settlement, Procurement Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking (PATT) Integrations, Extend and Built on Workday

  • Drive the scope, definition, and delivery of Workday solutions
