Work & Resource Planner, Senior
About The Position
Coordinates and assembles work and resource plans that align with the budget plan. Monitors weekly and annual execution of the work plan by the Transmission and Distribution execution organizations. Understands the effectiveness of, and recommend improvements in business process, practice and procedures as they relate to the identification of known work and work management data quality in the various work management systems. May work closely with the Business Finance team to monitor and reallocate budget between programs and maintain and overall view of budget performance. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned location a minimum of two days a week.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
- Job-related experience, 5 years

Responsibilities
- Determines data needs and collects, extracts and formats data based on desired data outcomes.
- Assists in the development of contingency plans for the portfolio of work in the annual and long-term plans.
- Provides support and assists with the implementation process for project and/or program initiatives.
- Collaborates with leaders, other LOBs, and business partners to work on issues, projects or activities.
- Presents findings and makes recommendations to management.
