Requirements

A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet
Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently
Passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
Provide your own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Responsibilities

Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism
Cultivate long-term client relationships

Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Take part in continued mentorship and team development
Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication
