About The Position

The Work Development Manager oversees daily work development operations, ensuring quality performance, customer satisfaction, and meaningful employment opportunities. This is a leadership role at a mission-driven organization focused on helping people build skills, confidence, and independence. The position is full-time and works Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay is based on relevant experience.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Computer experience, record-keeping skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle several tasks at one time.
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment.
• Modapts Certified or willing to obtain Modapts Certification.
• Meet all regulatory requirements, applicable licensing standards, and state and federal statutes permitting lawful employment.
