About The Position

Exciting opportunity for a change management innovator with an expertise in developing stellar materials leveraging AI from start to finish! Work Design & Innovation is a new function at Mercury with key focus on spearheading future forward ways of working along with redesigning work for the age of AI. You will be joining this new function as the Work Design & Innovation Specialist to help teams across Mercury put Future Forward Ways of Working into practice and scale new ways of working. Sitting in the Future Forward Ways of Working Lane and reporting to the Principal Work Design & Innovation Manager, you’ll turn Future Forward priorities into practical assets, tools, and support that make new ways of working easy to adopt working cross-functionally across Mercury. You’ll also run the Change Champion community across Mercury that carries these practices into everyday work. Working closely with the Manager who defines the movement and owns its methods, tools, and measurement, the Specialist builds collateral, enables champions, and tracks how adoption is landing so the program keeps improving. The work directly supports Mercury’s Work Design & Innovation goals of improving speed, quality, and better experiences on the journey to becoming a top-15 P&C carrier by 2030.
