About The Position

Good Karma Sports is seeking a full-time Operations & Innovation Specialist to join its Home Office Innovation Team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with a dedicated focus on supporting ESPN Network teammates. The role helps teammates work more effectively by identifying workflow improvements, reducing repetitive tasks, and implementing practical solutions using AI, automation, and technology. The position is in-office and exempt salaried, with a competitive base salary based on experience and qualifications. It offers full benefits and opportunities for growth as responsibilities and impact expand. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required depending on project needs and operational priorities. Experience with AI platforms, workflow automation, low-code/no-code tools, CRM systems, or reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with ESPN Network teammates to understand their workflows, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Identify repetitive, inefficient, or manual processes across ESPN Network departments and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
Evaluate existing workflows, recommend improvements, and design, build, test, implement, and maintain AI-enabled solutions and automations.
Partner with ESPN Network leadership and the Home Office Innovation Team to prioritize projects and execute improvements.
Experiment with emerging AI tools and technologies to find ways to improve productivity and operations.
Develop processes, documentation, and training materials to help teammates adopt new solutions.
Support the rollout and continued adoption of new tools, systems, and workflows.
Measure and communicate the impact of innovation initiatives, including time saved, efficiency improvements, and increased operational capacity.
Collaborate with the Home Office Innovation Team and other Good Karma Sports teammates to share successful solutions, improve workflows, and implement best practices.
Complete additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.
