About The Position

The Planning & Operations Innovation Specialist I supports business planning and performance management, customs clearance process standardization, and systems improvement and automation. The role develops business plans and performance targets, analyzes customer-specific business data, and prepares management reports. It also creates and maintains standard operating procedures for customs operations and helps improve customs systems, integrations, data, dashboards, and automation workflows.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
• Strong data analysis, report writing, and proposal development skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the business unit’s annual business plan and establish targets for volume, revenue, and profitability.
• Analyze customer-specific volumes, revenue, and costs, and prepare monthly management reports.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for customs operations, including ISF, Entry, PSC, Reconciliation, FTZ, and T&E.
• Plan integration projects between customer ERP systems and FNS EDI, and document business requirements.
• Submit and test enhancement requests for the customs system (ICHB).
• Design validation rules, including pop-up alerts and flags.
• Develop and maintain model and item master data.
• Drive automation initiatives, such as AI-powered OCR.
• Develop customs operations monitoring dashboards and exception notification workflows.
