Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in innovation, construction operations, technology implementation, or a related field.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support and advance innovation initiatives through pilot and implementation phases.
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends to evaluate potential business impact.
• Facilitate open innovation programs, including enterprise idea platforms.
• Collaborate with regional teams to scale grassroots innovation initiatives.
• Document and communicate pilot results to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Guide and mentor junior innovation contributors.
