About The Position

The Sr Innovation Specialist supports, develops, and advances innovation initiatives across conceptual, incubation, and implementation stages at regional and national levels. The role facilitates open innovation processes and collaborates with cross-functional teams to evaluate and scale emerging solutions. It also researches industry trends and technologies to assess their applicability to the business and promotes engagement in enterprise innovation programs. The position includes guiding and mentoring junior innovation contributors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in innovation, construction operations, technology implementation, or a related field.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support and advance innovation initiatives through pilot and implementation phases.
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends to evaluate potential business impact.
• Facilitate open innovation programs, including enterprise idea platforms.
