In this role, you'll manage service and work requests, assist with billing inquiries, provide documentation to departments, and serve as a key point of contact by answering and routing calls through a multi-line phone system. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 12 months experience in customer service in an office environment
- Valid driver's license
