About The Position
Under direct supervision and guidance, the Work Control Planner performs work requiring application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related project tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Facility Management or other relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- This is an entry-level position for a college graduate.
- This position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Applicants selected may be offered but cannot begin work until funding has been confirmed.
Responsibilities
- Assists in preparation of work packages
- Assists with preparation and tracking of work order development in support of assigned field activities.
- Assists in preparing work documents authorizing maintenance and calibration.
- Assists in prioritizing estimates and establishing man hours needed for work package development.
- Supports miscellaneous and work control planning activities as required by manager.
- Completes work assignments with a high level of quality and personal accountability, displaying strong skills in communication and building relationships.
