About The Position
Under moderate supervision, serves as an experienced Work Control Planner in all conventional aspects of the subject matter or the functional area of assignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Facility Management or other relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 8 years directly related experience required
- Experience with type I work planning required
- Some experience with procedure writing required
- Familiarity with established policies, methods, and practices of the Company strongly desired.
Responsibilities
- Prepares work package
- Participates in effective - results driven planning meetings
- Prepares and tracks work order development in support of assigned field activities.
- Reviews and analyzes work documents for proper classification, priority, and description.
- Prepares work documents, authorizing maintenance and calibration.
- Assists in prioritizing estimates, and establishing man hours needed for work package development.
- Completes work assignments with a high level of quality and personal accountability, displaying strong skills in building relationships, communication and motivating others to work together.
