About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Work Based Learning Coordinator in the North St. Paul, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. This position is for the 2026-2027 school year and is in-person and full-time. The role involves coordinating and supervising on-the-job training opportunities for students aged 18-21 in the Transition Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field
• Active Minnesota Work Based Learning license through PELSB

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise on-the-job training opportunities
• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
