About The Position

RealCraft is hiring a Wood Craftsperson to handcraft custom solid wood doors and wood products at its on-site shop in Gig Harbor, Washington. The work includes machining, assembling, and finishing custom door components, using quality joinery, careful material selection, and close attention to detail. The role is full-time, on-site, with consistent Monday-through-Friday hours. It is physical work that involves standing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and performing typical woodworking tasks.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of woodworking experience in a production, carpentry, or manufacturing setting.
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and standard woodshop equipment.
• Detail-oriented and consistent; reliable, punctual, and easy to work with.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality custom wood doors and wood products.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Assemble, sand, and prepare products for finishing.
• Ensure all work meets quality and craftsmanship standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet customer deadlines.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.
